will this amp be capable to power my 2 12 inch alpine type r's pretty good?

Yeah that amp is full. As long as the subs are 4ohm. If you wire them in parallel then the ohm load on the amp will be 2 and 1000watts x two subs would have them running at 500 RMS each, lavishness for those subs.

i got an 800W Alpine amp and i keep blowing the Nautical fake to my type R 12" sub and i was told it is because it is way to much power going to the sub...which makes sense. So how do i turn it down...i suck at doing this grit on my own do i take it somewhere?
