I have an 1800 watt amplifier, powering 2 subwoofers. My amlifier is in my bin. Whenever my amplifier is putting out too much power or receives too much power from the deck I blow a fuse in the amp. I have built in controls in my deck to leave alone overpowering the amp and blowing a fuse. However with the amp in the trunk i can't see when it has reached


If you have the forward movement set right in the first place....no worries.

The purpose of the gain is to match the signal volts RMS coming from the rise (CD player, etc.) to the input of the amp.
