Has anyone else bought the DeLORME PN 40 GPS and been happy with it?

Me and my squelch bought this and thought we would luv it, but I didn't really find it user friendly. Couldn't get the maps purchased to load to the manoeuvre. Routing to a specific address seems impossible. Google maps not included and so on and so on. Just wanted feed back so that we could fixed whether to keep this device or consider another one.

yep, my roommate had one and boy do they suck. i was current to buy this one too at first, but when she got it and told me how bad it was i quickly changed my mind on it.

i searched around and found one that has just as much features and is easy to use for half the cost.
my roommate returned her's and bought the same one i got.

DeLorme , the invention chairperson in mapping and GPS technologies, is showcasing its newest PN-Series GPS receivers and interconnected products at the Open-air Retailer Summer Merchandise m show, now through August 6 at the Seasoning Country estate here in Pepper Lake Diocese.

Also on make visible is DeLorme Topo North America 9.0 GPS maps and PC software, and DigitalGlobe worldwide aerial and aide-de-camp symbolism for exhibit on PN-Series receivers.

The headliner for DeLorme is still the Earthmate PN-60w with Locality Aide Communicator, which has generated massive interest since its hanging fire emancipating was announced earlier this year.
